Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label has been created.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout.

• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients
Orders returned due to address errors or failed delivery may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
LuxeLoungeLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
